The Organicsio Advantage
Curcuma Caesia is an endangered species often subjected to adulteration with Curcuma Aeruginosa. Organicsio utilizes DNA barcoding to guarantee 100% species authenticity. Our crops are grown in heavy-metal-free zones using precision organic agriculture to preserve the delicate essential oil profile (approx 4.6%) unique to this “Krishna” genotype.

Phytochemical Profile
Unlike yellow turmeric, C. Caesia is low in Curcumin but exceptionally rich in Sesquiterpenes. Key bioactive constituents include Camphor (28.3%), Ar-turmerone (12.3%), and (Z)-Ocimene. The distinct bluish-black color is attributed to specific anthocyanins and hemagglutinin activity relevant for clinical research.
